I'm Tina Chamberlain

With over a decade of experience in the Real Estate Industry, I've evolved from a sales professional to roles such as business owner, mentor, and industry trainer. In 2022, I proudly served as a consultant on the REA advisory board, contributing to the selection and development of topics for licensees' 2023 continuing education. I've earned national acclaim, making history as the first female in NZ to be crowned at national level, setting new standards for excellence, and establishing myself as a true industry leader. My dedication to excellence and my exceptional negotiation skills makes me the go-to auctioneer for realtors seeking the best results.

I initially made my mark as an independent auctioneer, showcasing my expertise across the central and east coasts of the North Island. My proficiency and passion for the industry soon caught the attention of Bayleys, leading to my current role based in the Canterbury region. Here, I play a pivotal role servicing and collaborating across all 16 offices plus 1 other in Wanaka for Bayleys. This transition has allowed me to bring a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to Bayleys, further enhancing their auctioneering services and reinforcing their commitment to excellence in the Canterbury real estate market.
